High Adventure Paragliding on the Isle of White has been running since the 1980’s and is an excellent location to take your first steps into Paragliding.  They are fully registered with BHPA and have their own private flying sites, which gives you access to clear skies.  On top of that, being based in the far south of England they generally have good conditions for flying for a greater portion of the year.

They offer flight experiences and taster days as well as full paragliding courses.  Additionally if your looking to purchase your own paragliding gear they have a shop selling new and second hand wings and equipment are reasonable prices.

High Adventure’s have been teaching paragliding on the Isle of White since the 1980’s.  They now offer range of courses and experiences to introduce you to the sport and get you set to flight all by yourself.

Paragliding courses and prices

• Paragliding Student Pilot: £560 (4-5 days)
• Full Club Pilot: £800 (6-7 days) (must have completed the student pilot course previously)

High Adventure Paragliding experiences

High Adventures offer paragliding taster days and tandem flight experiences which give you an introduction to the sport.  If you choose to continue to complete the full student pilot course following the taster days the cost will be deducted from the total.

Tandem flight experience: £115  – expect to be on the hills for 2-3 hours and the flight will last about 20 minutes.

One day course: £150 (1 day)

Two day course: £300 (2 days)
