Sheffield Cable Wake Park Wakeboarding

Sheffield wake park wakeboarding is run on a full sized cable system that has towers going around the full length of the lake.  It is the largest wakeboarding cable park in the North of England and therefore great for large groups who want to ride all at the same time.  All kit can be hired (or you can bring your own) and they have specific times when the cable will run slower for beginners to learn.

The course has plenty of obstacles for the more experienced riders (jumps, kickers, boxes etc) and the full size cable enables a range of other tricks that don’t work so well on straight line parks.

This wakeboarding park in Yorkshire is a little different to most others these days in that it doesn’t run system 2.0 setup so if, and when, you fall off you’ll need to be prepared to swim to the side and walk the short distance back to the start to go again.  However the benefit of this is that you can just keep going.  There generally isn’t the 15 min time slot that gets allocated at most other parks, so at Sheffield wakr park you can literally ride all day.

There are 2 types of sessions that can be booked, a Beginner Cable Session and a normal Cable Session.  All sessions last for 2 hours and cost £30.
